Call for Applications for Special Award Opportunity from the Center for Dementia Respite Innovation

The Alzheimer’s Association is now accepting applications for the Center for Dementia Respite Innovation (CDRI) Special Awards grant. The CDRI is a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to making respite service providers (adult day centers, in-home services, innovative models) more dementia-capable and provide the best person-centered care possible. This Special Award opportunity allows an existing community-based organization/respite provider to enhance their program by adding innovative, person-centered components to make an impact in multiple service delivery sites (3 site minimum) with six months of funding.
