ARCH PAID MEMBERS

Please note: ARCH paid members receive a $100 discount on registration. If you are an ARCH member, you must contact ARCH to confirm membership and obtain a password to register at the discounted rate.  If you are not currently a member, please consider supporting and sustaining ARCH's work by joining. Paid ARCH membership entitles you to the conference registration discount and additional benefits, immediately and all year long! To JOIN, visit the membership page.

Payment

Alabama Lifespan Respite, a program of UCP Huntsville, is acting as the fiscal agent for the conference. Please contact Tracy Cieniewicz to obtain their W9 if required for your payment process.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your conference registration before March 19, 2025, you will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee that you paid. On or after March 19 through March 24, a late cancellation fee of $50 will be withheld from your reimbursement. After March 24, 2025, no refund will be permitted.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines:

To ensure the health of all conference participants, we are strongly recommending that conference attendees adhere to CDC’s current guidance on being up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccinations.  We will continue to monitor the prevalence of COVID-19 and adjust, as needed, to ensure the safety of all attendees.
