The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Adult Day Services (ADS) use on sleep quality for people with dementia and their caregivers. The authors found that regular ADS use may promote better sleep patterns, protect against the detrimental effects of sleep disturbances among dementia care dyads, and improve their wellbeing.
