Experienced Mentors Help others Build and Sustain their Lifespan Respite Systems

Learning Collaborative participants discussed the future content and format for the Learning Collaborative. Experienced Lifespan Respite grantees from AL, OK and NE shared how they have sustained their systems for more than 10-20 years, through embedded, systemic collaboration;  legislative initiatives that require state agency involvement; data collection across state agencies; memorializing polices and procedures, and sharing documents, meetings, and products in central location so that all coalition and grantee leaders can share and ensure seamless succession in leadership if necessary.
