The group learned about New York’s sustainability planning process. Using a facilitator, New York developed a logic model for sustainability planning.  Doris Green with the NYSCRC shared the agenda for their State Lifespan Respite Sustainability Summit, notes from the Summit, and the draft Financing Logic Model (see next version of the draft logic model).
