The Cultural and Linguistic Competence Assessment for Respite Organizations (CLCARO) and Guide prepared for ARCH for use by respite organizations was developed by the Georgetown University National Center for Cultural Competence.
This webinar provided an overview of the Cultural and Linguistic Competence Assessment for Respite Organizations (CLCARO) and Guide. The presentation provided the philosophy and benefits of organizational self-assessment of cultural and linguistic competence (CLC), described how the CLCARO is structured, reviewed the guide, and shared lessons learned from assisting organizations to engage in the process of CLC self-assessment.
