Employee Survey Summary Report: Balancing Caregiving and Work Responsibilities

EMC partnered with the Massachusetts Lifespan Respite Coalition (MLRC) in the fall of 2015 to develop an employee caregiver survey in an effort to determine how it might support their employees in balancing their caregiving and work responsibilities. The survey was distributed to employees by EMC’s HR department using an online survey tool. More than 25,000 EMC employees across the U.S. received the survey in an email that also contained other company-related information.   This report provides the results of the survey.
