No Wrong Door Virginia and the VA Lifespan Respite program collaborated on a video telling a “backpack story” to increase awareness among family caregivers of available respite and other available services. A “backpack story” refers to a personal narrative highlighting an individual’s journey through various service systems, carrying their experiences and challenges much like one carries items in a backpack. The video story was presented at the virtual Lifespan Respite Grantee and Partner Learning Symposium on March 5, 2025.
