New York Caregiver Focus Group Report, 2021

Developed by the New York State Office for the Aging

Utilizing a focus group model, NYSOFA and partners gathered input and recommendations from caregivers on ways to better serve their needs and connect them to services through enhancements and expansion of caregiver-directed respite service delivery models. This report is a summary of this input process, corresponding research, and key recommendations for developing a flexible model of caregiver-directed respite.
