Developed by the CareBreak Volunteer Respite Care Program for children with disabilities at the Watson Institute

The Pre-Survey was administered immediately after match with volunteer respite provider  and the Post-Survey was administered to families matched with a volunteer respite provider for  approximately 4-6 months to assess the benefits to the caregiver and family.
