Maude’s Awards

Maude’s Awards gives three annual $25,000 awards to organizations and up to five $5,000 awards to individuals excelling in one of four categories of care for persons living with dementia and care partners.

IMPORTANT DATE: Applications close May 19, 2026 at 6 PM PT.

There are four categories of awards, one of which is Supporting Care Partners, awarded annually to the individual or organization that has provided impactful education, training or support for care partners of persons living with dementia Examples: respite and/or emotional support educational tools, ease of access to medical care and social services.

Awards are open to individuals and organizations (for-profit and nonprofit). No need to be a dementia care professional – family and friend care partners are welcomed. Your program or innovation must have been active in 2026 or the year prior. Applicants must be based in the U.S. and may only apply in one category of care.
